I'm assuming your increased salt in your diet is being advised by your physician. You will want to read labels so you will avoid foods with contents that are bladder irritants. Salt shouldn't be a problem.

    Regarding Salt

Maybe you should really look at the other ingredients of what you are eating. I wish I could say more - but still very new to it all. Just know reading ingredients is the first things we have been doing. Actually I would try eating more greens - that is suppose to help with the blood. Also, red meat helps with the blood/iron. I'm not a big Salt Fan and would not suggest lots of salt. There are other foods that can help you "Naturally" - I'd push the greens - lots of greens.

    salt

    Hi,
I am having my first flare in about 10 years. I am on a high salt diet for low blood volume and wonder if that is what is causing all this pain and burning. Any thoughts? Thanks
