How about muffins and breads. It looks like plain english muffins have vinegar in them...???

Hi..i love those things but have been afraid to try them since the ingredients list is so long (thats what Ido when Im too lazy to read it all)...I get my bread from a health food store and it doesnt have any vinigar in it..vinigar is a huge trigger for me so i stay away at all costs. but sometimes, if you just give it a try, it might not be bad for you...just try a little at first, though. let us know!
