  • need some advice ok IC foods

I am new to IC only being diagnosed for a couple of weeks. trying to get on the IC diet. I was wondering about Folic Acid is it ok or not ok to have? I got the list of ok foods from web site and bread was ok but it has folic acid in it and I was not sure? If anyone could help I would appreciate it. BAMAFAN

Folic acid as part of wheat (like bread) is not usually a problem for us.
(Don't know about folic acid supplements though.)
