  • Digestive Health Cottage Cheese

I found a new cottage cheese @ Safeway. "Digestive Health" 2% lowfat cottage cheese in 4oz containers by Knudsen. It's just regular cottage cheese, but it has inulin (a soluble fiber) mixed in it. Didn't bother my IC at all & a great way to add a little more fiber without more calories.

I had one of the little containers today for a snack with a pear. Not bad.
