I've never taken any kind of digestive enzyme. Is there a reason you need to take them?

        Prescription Creon

My GI doc had once given me Creon. It comes in different strengths. It's the only one I know of that didn't bother my upper GI heartburn problem. It apparently dissolves lower in the digestive tract, not in the stomach.

I have no idea what, if anything, it could do to an IC bladder.

Maybe if you have a GI doc who told you about the malabsorption problem, he/she could prescribe Creon for you?
