    That's a great "trail mix"!

    I also like to mix raisins, Snyder's mini pretzels, white chocolate chips (almonds would be good in this too, if I weren't allergic to tree nuts).

    Hey, that sounds yummy!! Do the carob balls melt on the stove fire or did you microwave them? Sometimes I found the carob chocolate won't melt like normal chocolate.

    That sounds really yummy, and really ingenious! It's IC friendly! I think this should be put in a permanent collection somewhere on this site, I'll bet there is a webpage here somewhere with IC-friendly recipes!

    1 pound carob chips
    1 pound malted carob balls
    1 pound sesame sticks

    mix all together and enjoy. The health food stores carry it
