Before I go to bed I'm usually pretty hungry and eat a bowl of oatmeal with raisins, cinnamin, and flax meal sprinkled on top. But I'm trying to lose weight and I think this is a bit heavy before I go to bed. Does anyone have any suggestions for something lower in calories that is IC and IBS friendly? No dairy, soy, gluten, or wheat. Thanks.

I usually have half of apple or pear with almond butter. Yesterday I made tapioca pudding with coconut milk and stevia sugar it was good somewhat oily. I know how hard it is to find things to snack on. I can't do raw veggies. They need to be real soft and I also don't eat gluten, wheat, sugar, corn, dairy, and eggs. So It's hard.not yet dx with ic-diagnosing myself as of aug 2006

I think what you are eating is pretty healthy anyway to be honest and the worse thing you can do is go to bed hungry as you wont be able to sleep.
