I didn't know where to post this question, but since you put the whitening strips in your mouth....I figured the "diet" section was my best option. Has anyone ever used these and do they cause a flare?

I thought about it, but I have some dental implants and white crowns and I'd be heartbroken if I used the strips and then my teeth didn't match.

I've tried them twice. I did notice a little bit of a flare, but its so hard to tell what causes them anymore. It wasn't enough of one that I wouldn't use them again. The crest white strips really work, I only used them for 3 nights instead of the 7 day/nights, and I noticed a real improvement in the whiteness of my teeth.

FLARE WARNING should be on there labels. I tried the crest ones. It also made my gums sensitive.

Just be cautious because I heard recently if you use it (TO MANY TIMES) it can take the enamel off of your teeth.
