How do you freeze fruits and veggies? I have a bag of spinach I would like to freeze, but I don't know if I can freeze it raw or if I should cook it first. Thanks.

I would assume you could freeze it either way. Did you do a google search?

I, personally, would not freeze raw spinach leaves. Something about freezing leaves makes them thaw soggy. If you are going to cook them after thawing, that may not be a problem, but if you are planning to freeze to use for a salad, I'd say don't do it.
