i find it hard to eat the foods i can handle when my family wants to eat everything i shouldn't eat. i guess i need will power. it is hard to figure out what two meals to fix! any ideas?

I don't fix two meals. When I make something I can't have, like spaghetti sauce, I take some spaghetti out before adding the sauce --- and I usually just eat it with butter, salt and pepper.
I can have things like beef, pork, chicken --- any meat, which is what my family likes.
We even have pizza occasionally --- I order it without tomato sauce and my family likes it just fine.
