AWESOME cake recipe

I'm making this for Easter. I thought it sounded pretty gross at first (I'm not a ricotta fan) but it is amazing!!!!! It is so thick and moist.

Ricotta Cake

Mix: 2 lbs ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
3 tsp vanilla
Set this mixture aside and then:

Make a yellow cake mix or, from scratch, a yellow cake batter.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
Put cake mix or batter in pan, then spoon in the ricotta mix evenly on the top of the cake mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, then take out the oven and turn off the oven.
Sprinkle the top of the cake with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Put the cake back in the oven, that has been turned off for 1 hour.
Great served with carmel sauce and cinnamon whipped cream.

Meds For IC: Lyrica-25mg Glucosamine-500 MSM-500mg, Prosed Ds -When Flaring

Other Meds: Levlite- Continious Birtcontrol, Micardis-40mg for High Blood Pressure

Meds I have Tried:
Topamax,Tofranil, Elmiron, Atarax, Cymbalta, Elavil, Enablex, Detral La, Prydium.
Lexapro< Bad reaction to this med!
Intstills, could not continue them due to some kind of reaction after 3rd instill. Tasted the lidocaine in my mouth, tongue and lips went numb then went into what seemed like a panic attack. Shaking, racing heart, tingling face/head, blood pressure shot up..

Dx With IC in Nov 2006 with Hydro/Cysto
Hydro/Cysto Caused Bladder to Rupture.

Other Dxs-Vulvodynia,Fibro, Endo, IBS, HPV, Migraines, Spastic Colon, Mild Dysplasia.
