When I've been feeling deprived, I binge on sweet things I can eat and hate it afterward. Does anyone else do this because of your feelings?

Binging was a problem for me long before I got IC.
Another reason I have "I deserve it" binges is because I have fibromyalgia.
Yesterday on top of meals I had
1. Large Ms Fields cookie
2. Ice cream sandwitch
3. Cupcake
4. Huge muffin
small peanut butter cup
Oat bar thing
Afterm this I can't get to sleep.
Thank God i don't throw up or anything.Comment

Don;t feel bad...around my period, I do it sooooooooo much. I feel guilty too, but you know what, its ok. Eating crappy once in a while is nothing to be ashamed of. If you are vomiting or taking laxatives after, that is much more serious. If this is true, you should see a therapist or your doctor. I think as women we all have the occasional melt-down, pre-period binge!

I do it all the time and I no longer have periods to blame it on.
Tig...Between you and me, there won't be an M & M left anywhere. You may be the Queen, but I am the Queen Mother. I freeze them and eat them frozen. They last so much longer, that way. YUMMMMMMMM Have you ever tried them frozen? Yes, they have to stay around long enough to freeze.Sharon

Easter time is the worst, too. Yesterday I ate so much candy, I felt a little nauseated and I got a headache. Eating sweets until you get sick....I guess I can't offer you any advice. Just a little, "I can relate."
