  • Choclate frostys at Wendy's!!!

I missed chocolate so much, someone suggested trying a Wendy's chocolate frosty. I tryed one. it was so chocolatey, yum! Also, no pain later. Finally, I've got chocolate back in the game! I've had like 3 or 4 now, and no problems.

    I coat my bladder with:
    fish oil
    tums
    glucosamne
    MSM
    Aloe Vera
    Qureritin
    herbal bladder symptom tincture
*I also take daily detox to cleanse myself of hormonal "microscpic garbage" that makes you more toxic

    Feeling much better now

Yes Carolyn the vanilla ones are very good. I have had them several times, no problems from them. I have always prefered vanilla to chocolate when it comes to ice cream.

I have been diagnoised for 6 1/2 years now. I have taken a long break from the ICN but really miss helping out my fellow IC patients and want to get back into posting.
1st hydro 4/07 showed no visible signs of IC but tons of mast cells in all my biopsy samples which did prove IC.
2nd hydro 4/13/09 showed dark purple glomerulations and I had a capacity of 450 cc's. This hydro proved that my IC had progressed.
I have tried every oral medication as well as rescue instills and DMSO.

I have been lucky enough to see Dr Hanno, the top IC specialist in PA who has told me due to the fact that I have not responded to any "standard" treatments that I have a severe, end stage case of IC with a horrible quality of life (didn't have to tell me that last part!)

                Chocolate???

I'm assuming those of you who love the chocolate frosty are normally okay with regular chocolate. I'm terrified to try more than one tiny piece of chocolate so I don't know if I'm okay with it or not?!?!?!??!

i honestly dont think i have problems with chocolate, but i can imagine frostys would be ok because the color is so light brown that it seems there's barely any chocolate in them! not to mention, its probably fake stuff.
diagnosed IC Jan 2007 (though i feel i've had it mildly for years)
                    frequent UTIs
No frequency, just urgency and pain!

tramadol 50mg twice a day. this stuff works good for nerve pain!!!! (update, i'm down to mostly one pill a day now!)

Physical Therapy. if you have pelvic nerve pain or muscle pain, its worth a try. it helped me with the constant burning.

                    TENS may help a little

Cystoprotek might be helping as well. i'm getting better as time goes on and this could be why.

fish oil, herbal teas, skullcap (might try passionflower for nerves) I'm not very diet sensitive.

Went OFF elavil and nortryptiline (worked wonders, but didnt like the weight gain)
