I have the book. It's design is not to tell you how to eat, though. I was kind of disappointed actually. I was hoping to find a book that would guide through the 3 stages. I'm in stage 2, tiptoeing around adding foods back...the "maybe ok" foods.
Anyway, if you just need a few recipes and some general information about IC, this book is good. If you already know a lot about it, I think it won't be what you want.Sonja

Meds: Coreg, Elmiron, Elestrin, Est/Test Topical Gel, Valium Suppositories, Lyrica, Dyrenium to counteract edema from Lyrica, Pain Meds.
IC Diet: Very diet sensitive, esp. to spices. -

well i know what my body can and can't have now i need 2 lose weight. gosh i just dont know how 2 find a diet and lose weight anymore..
