I've stopped my b6 a few weeks ago but it was strongly advised that I take it by a doctor a few years ago b4 I had this and the conditions that I needed it for still exist.
When I read things like this:
which describes how incredibly important it is and then look at the food list for foods containing it (I can't eat the wheat germ or wheat at all because of fructose intolerance/IBS) and I'm a vegetarian and not about to start on beef liver...I just can't get enough of it from my food.
Just wondering how people weigh in on their reactions to B6?
