  • is B6 bad for everyone?

I've stopped my b6 a few weeks ago but it was strongly advised that I take it by a doctor a few years ago b4 I had this and the conditions that I needed it for still exist.

When I read things like this:

    http://www.althealth.co.uk/help_and_...us/vitamin_b6/

which describes how incredibly important it is and then look at the food list for foods containing it (I can't eat the wheat germ or wheat at all because of fructose intolerance/IBS) and I'm a vegetarian and not about to start on beef liver...I just can't get enough of it from my food.

Just wondering how people weigh in on their reactions to B6?

    Thanks.

You NEED B6. You can't just stop B6. Maybe supplements, but you have to find somewhere to get it. It's vital.

Definitely talk with your doctor about this one. It's an essential nutrient.

That's what I was thinking. I need it so badly. They'll have to work the pain around the b6 if it is doing anything to me.

        Thanks:-)
