No problem for me! They also have grilled chicken pieces I plan to try on a salad. I also tried a lunchmeat from the deli called Just Turkey. It has nothing added and is much better tasting than Hormel Turkey. I found it at Wegmans but I'm not sure what other stores carry it. Good luck!

My Safeway carries a brand of cold cuts called "Coleman's" - no preservative honey & oven roasted turkey.

I also did discover that I can tolerate the Primo Taglio Roast Beef sliced at the deli counter or the "Dinner Roast Turkey" also sliced at the deli counter at Safeway.

I pack a sandwich made from one of those lunch meats, a slice of mozzarella cheese, lettuce & a tiny bit of Marie's Lite Creamy Ranch dressing. I also get a small package of pretzels or a small bag of baby carrots. That's a pretty good lunch.

Or, I pack one of the little cottage cheeses (4oz) & a box of raisins & eat that together. Add a homemade muffin wiit it & it's a good lunch too.

You can tolerate Rasins? I miss them! I thought we should avoid them?

My first post. I may be in the wrong place. I'm on the elimination diet b in the ic handbook. I am so much happerr now after two and a half weeks. I've added a few foods brocalli, zuchinni, okra, and cucumber. Cottage cheese flared me. I didn't really think to read the label until I was hurting. So the list of ingredients was well, maybe twenty adddiives. I'm going to look for a smaller carton and fewer ingredients. I thought I read that here. Does anyone know of a brand to try? The saving grace for me seemed to be eating brown creme of rice for breakfast, then with brown sugar. Several mornings I cooked brown rice (basmati) in olive oil with shredded carrots.

I've been successful with Pretzels... I've been snacking on sourdough nibblers (Snyders of Hanover brand) the past 2 weeks and I don't seem to be suffering at all from them.
