Vinegar is a big trigger food for me, so finding a salad dressing I can have has been a challenge. The Hidden Valley Ranch dressing has less than like 2% of vinegar in it, so I do fine with it. I've also been OK with homemade Ranch dressings, like when we are eating out somewhere. I'm still careful, though, and take Prelief if in doubt. Once or twice a year, I treat myself to a salad with poppyseed dressing - my all-time favorite. I take some Prelief and go for it!

You might also just put some cottage cheese and favorite herbs in your blender --- it makes a good salad dressing.

Thanks so much for the ideas, gals. I'll definately throw together some of those and check out the Marie's ranch :]
I'll probably stray from the feta though. It makes me itchy

I also use the Marie's Lite Creamy Ranch dressing without problems. My mom who has IC also eats it.

I do mix canola oil & pear juice together with a little sprinkle of basil. Very nice on baby greens, with chopped dates & a tiny bit of feta if you can tolerate it. Or on baby greens with blueberries & a tiny bit of feta. Almonds are nice on this if you can eat them too

I make a home made dressing my mother used to make for us when I was little. Its great to dip fresh veggies in but you can thin it out by adding some milk.
Tub of cottage cheese, a bar of cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt. Throw everything in a blender or food processor till its nice and smooth.

Otherwise I just use the Olive oil with the little herbs floating in it and salt. Someone on here suggested oil and pear juice. I havent tried it yet but sounds yummy.
Marie's brand ranch dressing isnt bothering me. Its kept in the refridgerated section usually by the lettuce and carrots in my grocery store. It has no preservatives. I tried it and have not reacted to it yet.
    Hope this is helpful

    Salad dressings.

I've been on the IC diet for oh... 2 years now? Lately, however, I've noticed my bladder is far more sensitive and I can't seem to find a good salad dressing. I almost always have one for lunch and now I can't

Are there any suggestions or any that work for ya'll?
