
I wanted to share a cookie idea I thought of this weekend. I went to Wegmans because they have a great health food department there, and it was the first time I'd seen naturally sweetened carob chips. I bought some and made some cookies with them. I used the Toll House cookie recipe using 1/2 the amount of white chocolate chips, and 1/2 the amount of carob chips. I baked the cookies for 10 minutes at 350 degrees(any higher and the carbo chips will burn). They are great! I make my son chocolate chip cookies every week and I've missed eating them, this is a great substitute.
