Do people have trouble with folic acid added to food? I added Wheat Germ (which has Folic acid added) and I just don't feel so hot... but I'm also recovering from trying coffee on Monday (decaf, but it was torture for hours). It set in 3 hours after drinking 4-6 ounces and tortured me for 6 hours.
Just wondering if Folic Acid is a problem. I'm mainly talking about enriched foods.
