I don't eat meat that has been processed or injected with "natural flavoring" or sodium solutions. All of those products can still be labeled natural even though they can be problematic.

I know for sure Perdue adds "natural flavors" to their ground turkey. "natural flavors" is often a reference to MSG, a completely natural flavoring, but a huge problem for lots of people.

Just the idea of food companies feeling the need to call something by a different name is what disturbs me.

It could be that they add it to their regular chicken. I CAN eat their Fit n' Easy Chicken breasts. They do not have solution added. A good way to tell sometimes is the check the sodium content of the meats. If a 4 oz piece of chicken has 300mg of sodium, it has been injected. A normal 4 oz of chicken will have around 30mg of sodium naturally.

Just don't eat anymore questionable meats for now. I hope you feel better really soon!
