  • Davidson's Rooibos Tea

Hi All, my cousin gave me a big bag of Davidson's Rooibos Tea for Christmas. It's caffeine free. Has anyone tried this brand and had success?
God grant me the Serenity to get through each day and get home to my fur babies and my loving husband.
-Currently Taking: Atarax, Cystoprotek, Folic Acid, Acidopholus, Prelief, and Prevacid.

Some IC patients are ok with rooibos, some are not. If you want to try it, try just one dunk of the teabag or teaball in the water. You can dilute it with some milk & sugar. Also check to make sure there are no other teas in it - hibiscus is notorious for bothering IC bladders. I hope you can drink it! Rooibos tea with vanilla is really nice on a cold winter day

I can have rooiboos tea with no problem. I do read the labels to be certain there isn't anything else in it.
