Has anyone tried this water? A friend of mine swears by this stuff and says thta it will help me? I have been reading a lot about alkalining our bodies and it will help the IC symptoms. Any suggestions?

Anyone who says something is foolproof hasn't met a determined fool -
I have a co-worker who knows about my IC that has a Kangen water machine at her house. She brought me water for two weeks and I didn't feel any change at all so I went back to my Arrowhead bottles. It may work for you though- it's worth a try at least.Comment

I read somewhere on here that they will bring you samples for a while before you go thru the expense (and it IS expensive) of buying the machine. Alkaline Water
I recently started drinking Essentia water because it has a ph balance of 9.5 and I can feel a huge difference. I also got some test strips and not surprisingly, I was pretty acidic. I also started taking coral calcium.
But Im really confused about the whole alkaline diet. I've heard that bringing the body back to a balanced ph can help with IC but the alkaline diet and the IC diet don't always coincide.
For instance, the alkaline diet says that lemons and limes have a very high alkaline level when metabolized by the body, even though they are an acidic food. I have yet to try a lemon out of complete fear of flaring, but by becoming more balanced, I have to say it is helping quite a bit.
Oh, I did try a few tangerines and had no problems. Yay, small victory!
If anyone knows more about this, I would love to hear it!

High PH water has worked for me in the past. I am in the middle of a bad flare right now and frustrated. Started drinking the water again this week!
