So I printed off the diet list of good, iffy, and bad foods...went to the store and bought the 'good' stuff. Now though the more I read it seems that some of the foods that are 'good' may not be?? Avacodos...good or bad...depends on the website it seems? Almonds..same? Sugar?
I am only on day 3 of my diet so I want to try and do good but the stuff that I thought was good may not be..so am I really doing any good...
