  • Confused

So I printed off the diet list of good, iffy, and bad foods...went to the store and bought the 'good' stuff. Now though the more I read it seems that some of the foods that are 'good' may not be?? Avacodos...good or bad...depends on the website it seems? Almonds..same? Sugar?

I am only on day 3 of my diet so I want to try and do good but the stuff that I thought was good may not am I really doing any good...

Just fairly confused on what I should and shouldn't have...

The food list at the link in my signature below is, in my opinion, the most accurate available --- and it's also listed on the ICA web site.

The older lists aren't as inclusive as the 2009 IC/PBS Food List.

Hi, I'm able to eat avacados and almonds with no problems at all, but try a small amount first.
God grant me the Serenity to get through each day and get home to my fur babies and my loving husband.

Advacodos and almonds are not a problem for us. Sunflower and pumpkin seeds are also not. Everyone is different, it is trial and error. One thing at a time, and give each food a day or two. The diet does work, so don't get discouraged if you have a setback. Good luck! Jill, wife of Bob
