I am having the weight loss surgery gastric bypass. For six weeks after my surgery I will be put on a liquid diet. Are there any IC friendly protein powders out there?

There is a product called Bene-Protein that you can look into. I haven't taken it since I was dx'd but I do take another one of their products called Bene-Calorie. It's made by the same people who make Bene-Fiber. It's hard to find in stores but it can be bought online. It comes in a very small packet and is easily mixed into basically anything. Heating pad
Hot baths
Ice
Being VERY still while lying down with legs elevated -

I'm on Elite Performance Premium Whey. So far I've only tried the BerryBlast flavor, but I guess there's also Strawberry, Vanilla, and Chocolate. It's good! I haven't had any problems with it. It actually gets me to drink more in a given day. Good luck!Comment
