Has anyone tried or had any problems with VitaTops? They have some IC friendly flavors but I noticed they contain Vitamin C.

I don't have any experience with them, hopefully someone else will see this and respond.

Why do you need them at all? Did your doc recommend them, or have you always taken a supplement or do you have deficiencies? Just wondering...Jill, wife of Bob

I just did a google search and their site doesn't seem to list contents in their products. There's no way I would try anything without being able to read the label to know what's in them.

Donna I just googled them and I was able to find the ingredients page. I have to admit, I had no idea what these things were! I have never heard of them. I went to the vitalicious web site and then click on nutritional benefits and then you can find the ingrediant list. I would just check the flavors you are interested in and see what is in them. Remember that the higher in the list the more of the ingredient there is. I am going to check these out. Do they sell them at any big stores?

It so no perservatives and all natural, kosher too.

What I found wasn't very specific. And "natural" doesn't necessarily mean safe.
