Hi everyone! I'm always cruising the board for recipes and always meaning to post my own in return, but never seem to get around to it.
Well, after having a bunch of friends ask for recipes, and seeing the same kinds of requests coming from here for GF and lactose-free recipes, I have started a tumblr blog to post everything that I have learned about cooking for IC (and a GF and lactose-free diet).
There is no advertising or any profit motive involved here at all. I'm just wanting to share some of the good food discoveries that have kept me sane since I lost chocolate, tomatoes, caffeine, cow's milk, wheat .... sigh.
