  • Jicama?

I've been seeing jicamas at my grocery store lately and so I bought one to try it. From what I understand it is a kinda turnip-y thing sometimes used in salads. I'm going to have to look up what to do with it, but that's part of the fun

Does anyone here eat jicama or have tried it? I'm fairly diet sensitve, so I want to be careful and see if its a problem for others. And if you do eat it without issue, how do you have it and what with?

    Thanks!

I just chill it, peel, and cut in strips and eat it raw. It's delicious!
