nutella
I can tolerate a little chocolate (thankfully) and have had Nutella with no serious effects. Maybe this is something you can try as you add things to your diet.

I would avoid chocolate and soy in any form until you feel better --- then you could try small amounts to see if they are a problem.

i'm a huge lover of chocolate so that has been a difficult sacrifice...i was wondering if anyone on here is able to eat nutella? i looked up the ingredients, and there is cocoa and also lecithin as emulsifier (soy), which looked kinda suspect.
thanks!

I'm having trouble with my computer so not sure if this will post, but we'll see.
I haven't had Nutella since my DX, but for a lot of people, myself included, chocolate and soy are both on the avoid it, list.
I use carob instead of chocolate. I know it's not the same, but it works in a pinch. I can also have some white chocolates like Ghiradelli's white chocolate powder for hot drinks, and Safeway's white chocolate bar with blueberries. Yum!
