  • corned beef for st pats??

what i read about corned beef is that it is "wet-cured in spiced brine". ok, whatever that means! is it safe? i know cabbage is ok for me, but want to know if any of you have tried corned beef. i love it! i hope it is ok for us! thanks for any info.

I can eat corned beef if I first boil it, then drain the water off and add fresh water and boil it again. I totally love it, but I have to get rid of some of the salt and acidy stuff. It's still good.

    Happy St. Pat's day!

This is good to know, Donna. I have been avoiding Corned beef, but I love it. I think I'll give your method a try.
