  • Breakfast Cereals

I found Annie's Honey Bunny O's at Target today. Looks like different nutrition information than Annie's Honey Bunnies. Don't know the difference though. I can't find Honey Bunnies on Annie's website.

But the Honey Bunny O's has ascorbic acid.

I got Barbara's Shredded Spoonfuls Multigrain. BIG mistake. It too has ascorbic acid.

I do LOVE Nature's Path Honey'D Corn Flakes and Nature's Path Gorilla Munch. Right now I just have Kashi Island Vanilla Whole Wheat Biscuits. There are also seven cereals in our cupboard in the kitchen, but they are NOT IC friendly and my parents eat them. Gorilla Munch does taste like Kix. It's not that sweet. Any other cereals that I can get?

What about frozen entrees that I can bring to work? I tried Amys Vegetable and Broccoli Pot Pie, Vegetable Pie in Sandwich and Spinach Feta in Pocket Sandwich. Either too salty or irritated my bladder. I did get Ians Chicken Nuggets and they were quite good. I also get Boars Head Low Sodium Ham for lunch meat, but I don't know if they use MSG in their deli meats. I buy Pepperidge Farm 100% Natural breads.
In memory of my beloved best friend in the whole world! Timmy (West Highland White Terrier)
