I was wondering if anyone has had trouble with Palm oil, as it is not posted on the IC diet list and I know that having looked this up it is in the same family as coconut oil and after eating some organic peanut butter made with palm oil and nothing but safe ingredients listed on the jar, my Mother is in a terrible flare. Has anyone had an issue with this? Thanks for your help
