I had weight loss surgery last month. So I have to be on a high protein diet the rest of my life. What are some good IC safe high protein meals? I stopped my protein powders earlier than my surgeon said due to the powders causing a major flares. I need good meal alternatives.

I don't have any trouble with eggs. If you are concerned about cholesterol you could just eat the egg white.
I also do ok with fish and chicken. All good protein sources.Jolene
