I am going to the grocery store tomorrow and I want to get mushrooms to go in my eggs and was wondering which is more bladder friendly fresh or canned mushrooms or both.

I like the fresh ones best. Chantarelles are my favorite and I always get them when they are in season.

If you ever do the canned ones, be sure to read the label on the can to be sure there aren't preservatives added.

Fresh is always best. Frozen would be 2nd choice (do they have frozen mushrooms?
)--never thought to look. Now i'm curious.
