Hi - I am very active and with the warm weather approaching feel the need for something other than just water after a workout. Any recommendations? I can tolerate some apple juice but other than that juices and sports drinks like Gatorade are off limits for me.
I used to really crave vitamin water and decided to drink some one day but I didn't have much luck with it, it would worsen my symptoms so now I stay away from any kind of sports drink. I usually drink milk now whenever I've had a workout, gives me energy.
