So I woke up this morning with no urethra pain and this afternoon the pain is back. The only thing I have had to eat today was grands plain biscuits with a little honey for breakfast, hormel honey ham plain with plain chips and a banana Popsicle. Could banana popsicles be causing me to flare? Thanks!

Could be the popsicle, or the ham... I've seen quite a few people here say they can't do ham.
I will also say... one of the only frequency flares I've ever gotten was from Grands biscuits!Symtoms started July 2010.
