That is what my Doctor told me also. Potatoes. There must be more food as well. I guess I need to do a search. Sorry , not must help. Hug, Ziggy

I was just going to suggest potatoes, especially if you eat the skin too. I love baked potatoes.

Potatoes are LOADED with potassium. Try those in any IC safe form and you'll be good. I've never flared off them.

How do we get enough potassium?
This was mentioned on another thread but I can't find it, so sorry for repeating.
How are we supposed to get enough potassium if it irritates the bladder? Do all potassium rich foods irritate the bladder, or only certain ones? I've cut down drastically on potassium rich foods, and I'm not so sure this is a good idea health wise for my heart.Tags: None
