  • basmati rice brown, can we eat this food?

So I know we can eat brown rice and white rice....but was just wondering I have never stepped out of the box and experimented with the other styles of rice...and it got me thinking if I am even able to tolerate these different rices with my IC. I know some rices carry different I thought I would ask as I would love to try BASMATI RICE (brown)? can we eat this?

    Thanks so much

I'm fine with white rice, brown rice, wild rice, basmati rice. I especially like Botan medium grain rice - tends to be stickier & I like that
