I usually get away with bakery items. I flare from all acids, fruits, nitrites, onions, etc and I flare to some degree every single day, but this has never happened to me.
I got some bake'n serve rolls. The kind you rise first, then bake. The flare afterwards was (and still is) unreasonably severe.
Is there some problem with yeast or something????
