    Hi Julie~
If you go down under General food Q.s, about two threads below you're thread, you will find a list of foods that some are tying. As far as stores go.... you will have to research your own, as certain stores are different in each state. I have found products for my Mother at Fry's supermarket that seem to be safe for her. The thread is titled" Pantry and fridge stock". My Mother who lives in the CA Bay area has been able to find most of the items I have found here in AZ at Safeway. Hope this helps, Carolyn

Here is a link to a thread I started with a grocery shopping list. It's for Safeway, but works for many other grocery stores as well... I hope it helps. The most important thing is to become a label reader and eliminate foods that contain preservatives & acids. It really improved my symptoms when I began label reading & eliminating those foods.

          shopping list

          Hi,
Kadi, what a great list. I had not seen that before, so thanks for reposting.
Julie, I just wanted to add, under cereals, Autumn Harvest by Kashi, and also Nature's Path corn flakes, at whole foods.
At giant and maybe Safeway too, they have Friendship cottage cheese, regular size containers, no preservatives.
Hormel lunch meats work for me. They have roast beef and turkey.
Trader Joe's merengue (sp?), cookies are very good, as are their meats which have no preservatives.
I can't think of another thing that Kadi hasn't already listed.
          Laurie

Elmiron-after 4 months, digestive side effects got to be too much
            tramadol-allergic
            DMSO treatments(5-6)

              Hi Julie,

Kadi gave you a great list to start with. As for the aloe, I would ONLY recommend the Desert Harvest Aloe because their preparation is made especially for IC patients. :-)

Many people can drink the blueberry juice from Trader Joes. :-)
