I don't have any bakeries in my area that make white bread with no acids whatsoever. I have one that makes white bread with folic acid being the only acid as an ingredient. Is this folic acid in bread a problem for IC? Do some find bread with no acids at all?

I have found bread with no acids but it is difficult. I am not sure where you are from but one store that is a national chain, Great Harvest Bread, provides acid and preservative free bread. I am a really diet sensitive person so I cannot eat bread with folic acid added in. It really depends on the person though so you could always try it on a good day and see.
