I have just recently been diagnosed with IC. Can anyone give me some quick & easy recipes? The doctor told me I can't have anything with potassium so this has been quite a challenge. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here is a link to an online free cookbook for IC patients:

Here is a link to the best version of the diet for IC patients. It's a bit more complex than just avoiding potassium. What many patients find helpful is to eat out of the "Bladder Friendly" column first and calm their bladders for a few weeks before trying the foods in the "Try it" column.

Definitely check out the diet list above & go from there Ask any questions you have, it takes a bit of getting used to. Also be careful to read food ingredient labels, some foods listed as "safe" may not be if the particular brand uses acidic preservatives or other chemicals.
