Help!!!! I need a good recipe for drummettes. Suggestions??? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I fry the drummettes in some olive oil and butter mixture for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. I also season them with salt and garlic powder. Than bake at 425 for 10 minutes turn than bake for another 10 minutes. -
If you want them crispy, you can dip in beaten egg, then in crisp bread crumbs (I buy these by the box), then do the fry, then bake.
