  • Protein powder

I've been working out very hard lately, and want to include a protein supp into my diet.

I tried a protein powder that was whey protein but with soy in it, and I had an awful flare that lasted two days.

Does any one have any tips for a good IC friendly protein powder?

I use a rice protein powder and have good luck with that. I had to get used to the taste, but once I was over that, it was pretty good.
