Question for everyone...The past couple of weeks on and off I've been waking around 5 AM to go to the bathroom and when I do I have extreme bladder cramping. I'll go back to sleep and it usually subsides. Any thoughts on what this is?

If you're sleeping for several hours before 5 am it could be that your bladder gets painfully full.

Last night was the first night I slept through without getting up to pee in months. But when I woke up I too had a dull ache/cramping sensation. It kind of felt like my period was going to start. But about 5 minutes after I went it went away. I totally think it's just my bladder being unhappy because it's not use to that much urine lately.
