I realize this may be a stupid question, but I'd feel better to have an answer here on the forum. I've been reading as much as possible about the diet. And I really want to make a stronger effort to follow it to a tee. Do you suggest avoiding ALL foods with citric acid, absorbic acid, yeast extract, MSG, sodium nitrite, etc? It is so hard to find foods without these added ingredients and I'm going nuts... LOL
So far I'm only drinking water. That's one major step. Now this next step, which is figuring out how to buy natural foods without preservatives is REAL tough. I am literally changing my entire lifestyle and eating habits and it's so darn tricky.
I will say to you I'm reading the Better Bladder Book...and I printed the diet list here on the site. However, my mind is overwhelmed.
