Is Crystal Geyser the water most suggested? How about spring water? Thanks in advance for your response.

When I'm at home I drink tap water from our deep well (no chemicals, but a UV filter on our pump). When away from home, I buy whatever mountain spring water that's least expensive, but I do read labels to be sure there are no additives.

I drink mostly Arrowhead water, but also Crystal Geyser. I can have an occasional Aquafina, but if I drink it too often it starts to bother me. Dasani, Kirkland, and Evian cause me an instant flare. Dasani & Kirkland have minerals added, so that's probably why. Don't know why the Evian bothers me.

I think it's different for everyone unfortunately. I personally am fine with any water including tap other than Dasani. Dasani caused some funky frequency for me. But outside of that any other water I have tried is just fine. I personally just buy whatever's on sale at the time.
