Trying to calm a month-long flare with a strict IC diet, some high alkaline foods that are ALSO on the IC diet, Prelief and Cystoprotek. And I just started to add the alkaline drops to my drinking water. If you've used these drops, could you share your experience with them, and whether they've helped or hurt your bladder pain?
