I'm beginning to wonder if milk is triggering my bad flare! Does it trigger for anyone else?

One thing you could do is to eliminate milk from your diet for three or four days to see if that helps.

I found that all dairy products bothered me. Besides giving me the runs it also bothered my bladder and caused frequency. From what I've read here though many people with PBS do well on milk products and it doesn't seem to bother them at all. One of my uros suggested a dairy free diet due to dairy causing more acid and said a lot of his patients saw an improvement with their bladders when they eliminated it. It's worth looking into especially if you are lactose intolerant or have become lactose intolerant.

          Smart idea.

I could not tolerate any dairy when I was first RX'd, but I am fine now.

          Hang in there.

Milk is one of those foods that seems to be ok for 99% of people, but others can flare from it. I agree with Donna to try to take it out of your diet for a few days and see if it helps. Even if it doesn't seem to, pay attention to your symptoms when you add it back in. Maybe it is an allergic reaction. :-)
