Recently, I had an allergy test performed for gluten and dairy sensitivities. I discovered that I'm moderately allergic to dairy. I plan on having a more comprehensive allergy test performed in several weeks, but until then, I would like to attempt to find more of my triggers.
How does one start an elimination diet? Should I just eat everything in the OK column only for a couple of weeks and then add "try it" foods back in one at a time?
