So I want to make some butterbeer like in Harry Potter. Most of the recipes I've seen call for cream soda. I've only tried soda once since being diagnosed, a little bit of rootbeer with salt and it didn't go well. Though that was a long time ago.
If you are heating up the cream soda, I assume that gets all the carbonation out. Does the carbonic acid go with it then? Would it be okay?
